Frick Jones
President
Frick Jones is the President of EMM Research and is responsible for its strategic initiatives, growth, and structure. Frick has over 15 years of experience in recruiting and research with both corporate and executive search firms. Prior to launching EMM Research, he was a Director in the Investment Banking practice at Options Group. In an earlier role he was a Manager at Allegis Global Solutions (RPO), running searches for Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and Finance. He started his career at Bristol Consulting focusing on Market and Banking. Frick graduated from Hamilton College and lives in Connecticut with his wife and three daughters.
George Carter
Head of Research
George Carter leads the research team at EMM Research. He is responsible for the onboarding and training of new associate hires, managing all internal and external research projects, as well as overseeing the research team. Prior to joining EMM, George was a Research Associate at Options Group from 2018 to 2020, where he worked in human capital and market research for the investment banking and private equity sectors, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. Before this, George held various executive advisory roles, providing research support for target company analysis for mergers & acquisitions transactions, go-to-market strategies for new products, identifying individual and institutional investors for equity and debt capital raises, assessing real estate market comparables and valuations for subject properties, and talent searches for recruiting firm placement mandates. He holds a BA in Business Management & Financial Planning from SU.
Zack Sanders
Director of Research
Zack Sanders primarily focuses on research and data management for the EMM Research team. Zack is a recent graduate from Iona College with an MBA in Finance, having graduated with honors. During his graduate studies, Zack focused on Portfolio Management, Market Research and Risk.
David Weiser
Senior Advisor
Dave Weiser is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience within both private and public markets across the capital structure in a variety of industries. Having started his career on the Leveraged Finance team at a large global investment bank, Dave went on to build his expertise using a deep dive fundamental approach paired with macro insight to best identify and execute investment opportunities at multi-billion dollar funds and asset managers.
