Frick Jones is the President of EMM Research and is responsible for its strategic initiatives, growth, and structure.  Frick has over 15 years of experience in recruiting and research with both corporate and executive search firms. Prior to launching EMM Research, he was a Director in the Investment Banking practice at Options Group. In an earlier role he was a Manager at Allegis Global Solutions (RPO), running searches for Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and Finance. He started his career at Bristol Consulting focusing on Markets and Banking. Frick graduated from Hamilton College and lives in Connecticut with his wife and three daughters.
