George Carter leads the research team at EMM Research. He is responsible for the onboarding and training of new associate hires, managing all internal and external research projects, as well as overseeing the research team. Prior to joining EMM, George was a Research Associate at Options Group from 2018 to 2020, where he worked in human capital and market research for the investment banking and private equity sectors, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. Before this, George held various executive advisory roles, providing research support for target company analysis for mergers & acquisitions transactions, go-to-market strategies for new products, identifying individual and institutional investors for equity and debt capital raises, assessing real estate market comparables and valuations for subject properties, and talent searches for recruiting firm placement mandates. He holds a BA in Business Management & Financial Planning from SU.
