John has joined EMM as a Director, Research Lead, working in the NYC office.

He brings 10 years of executive search experience across a wide range of industries and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications from SUNY Purchase.

John has always loved the research side of talent sourcing, digging in to find and connect with candidates who are truly the right fit. He describes himself as persistent and driven to continually improve, whether in research or his other pursuits.

Outside of work, John is a former sponsored competitive skateboarder. He still spends much of his free time helping build new parks, teaching kids at his local park, and refining his own skills.
