He manages project initiatives, executes recruitment processes, produces white papers, and assists in database management. He is committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable smooth and consistent operations. Will is a graduate of Boston College, with a B.A. in History and Slavic Studies. While in school, he had a history essay published in an undergraduate research journal.
